Problems with an order
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include clear photographs or videos of the item, the issue, the exterior packaging, and the shipping label. After review, a confirmed problem attributable to us will be resolved without additional cost caused by that error.
Before returning an item
